Курс ATS Drills 1 (1+ levels)

Simple and effective practice of movements of 1 and 1+ levels of the ATS/FCBDs® vocabulary together with the teacher. All the movements of the fast part are worked out slowly at first, allowing you to pay attention to important technical aspects of the execution of movements, and then faster and faster. Then we add playing zills to the movements. The course also includes several classes for practicing transitions between movements. Lessons include passing and turning on those movements where they are possible. The course is designed for beginners, but it will also be useful for middle-level students to work out the ATS/FCBDs® basic movements.
